Ingredients



  • 4-5 medium potatoes- cubed

  • 1 grated tomato

  • 1 small onion sliced

  • 1 cup peas or 1 can peas drained

  • 1 Namaste Potato and Peas Curry 1 pack meal

















Method




Fry the onion in a little oil. When the onion starts to brown, add the curry spices form your 1 pack meal



























Fry for half a minute and add the potatoes and 1 cup water





























When the potatoes soften (add water if necessary), add the tomato and peas. Simmer on low heat until the tomato has cooked through








Best served with roti or puri
