4-5 medium potatoes- cubed
1 grated tomato
1 small onion sliced
1 cup peas or 1 can peas drained
1 Namaste Potato and Peas Curry 1 pack meal

Fry the onion in a little oil. When the onion starts to brown, add the curry spices form your 1 pack meal

Fry for half a minute and add the potatoes and 1 cup water

When the potatoes soften (add water if necessary), add the tomato and peas. Simmer on low heat until the tomato has cooked through
